FAQ's about Wedding Video in Miami
I'm
overwhelmed with details…how can you make my planning
easier for me?
Crystal is our studio and event coordinator, dedicated
to helping your day flow as smoothly as possible.
She is available exclusively to our brides and grooms for anything from giving
a second opinion on a
vendor choice to creating a detailed timeline of the wedding
day.
I live out of state and I am planning this wedding
long distance. How can you help me?
We have developed a preferred vendor list that is available
exclusively to our brides and grooms.
We prefer to work with the best and have found that many of
our clients appreciate benefiting from
our personal experiences
with the many wedding professionals in South Florida.
How does a typical wedding day flow?
We arrive 2-3 hours before the ceremony to capture images of
you putting on the last touches of make-up,
stepping into
your dress, putting on your veil, and your dad seeing you
in your dress for the first time.
These are all moments
we don’t want to miss. Whenever possible, we also like
to capture the groom tying
his tie, hanging with his guys,
and getting nervous while he waits for you. We are there for
every moment
for the rest of the day, and through the reception.
We will not leave until we check in with you and ensure
that
you feel everything has been captured.
How will you help me look my best in your videos?
The most important strategy for helping you look your best on
video is making you feel comfortable. Choosing a company you
trust, who has the same sense of style as you do, and whose
personality puts you at ease and helps you have fun is critical.
In addition, we remain as unobtrusive as possible, allowing
you to interact naturally with your new husband, family, and
guests. We shoot using the available, natural light and avoid
using lights until absolutely necessary. Once we introduce
lighting, we implement soft lights to keep the lighting as
flattering as possible
I’m getting confused when comparing Videographers.
What should I be looking at?
We think you should be focusing on three areas when comparing
videographers- style, personality, value. We offer a journalistic
approach with cutting edge technology. We create artistic videos
that reflect the emotion of the day. In
addition to style, you should choose a company who makes you
feel comfortable, confident, beautiful, smart, safe, and …well,
happy. Choose someone you enjoy speaking to and planning with.
Finally,
remember to look at the value of what is being offered.
Why is there such a price difference
between videographers?
As you take the time to get to know your Videography options,
you realize that each company is unique
in their style, approach,
personality, experience, and knowledge. Our team is dedicated
to uncompromising service.
To us, that means personalized attention
to all of your needs. As owners, we are committed
to the highest standards.
What do your DVD’s look like?
We offer an artistic DVD that serves as an exquisite medium
for showcasing your wedding memories. Custom designed
with you and your preferences in mind, whether you dream of
a DVD that is modern and cutting edge, or soft and romantic.
Will you have a low key presence?
Absolutely. We go about our job quietly and professionally
without distracting you or your guests. Most couples remark that they didn't notice we were there and
are surprised by the extensive coverage.
Our videos are in a
style of documenting, not directing. Brides have
told us how
much they appreciated this.
How do you get along with the photographers you work
with?
Very well. Most of the high end photographers refer us and are
pleased and impressed with our ability to stay
out of the way
and keep a low profile, especially since we don't use a lot
of lights.
What type of equipment do you use and do you have backup?
ALL Digital. Our cameras are the highest quality in
the industry. This, combined with our Professional,
Non-Linear
Editing system, insures the most artistic and highest quality
video possible. We bring two
of all of the necessary components
to insure a quality video.
What about the quality of the audio?
Crystal Clear! Echoes are eliminated because we use wireless
remote microphones. Your voices are clear.
Your vows will
sound just as you spoke them.
Will you be professional in your appearance?
Absolutely. Our professionals take great pride in presenting
themselves with the utmost class and always have
a positive
presence in their demeanor.
What do you think is a good running time for wedding
videos?
In general, we suggest the edited version run about
50-75 minutes. At this length, it is easier to watch repeatedly,
it is easier to show to family and friends, and it is easier
to create the feel of a film or a TV program.
I think I want to hire you, but I’m not ready
to book yet.
Will you call me if someone wants to book
my date?
There is nothing more heartbreaking than knowing that we are
the right team for you, but having someone else book your date
first because you were not ready to reserve the date. We often
receive many inquiries into a single date and cannot exclusively
reserve yours without a retainer fee and a signed wedding
agreement.
This is the only way for us to be consistent and fair.
I love your work and want you to capture my wedding.
What should I do now?
First, you should call us to find out if we have your wedding
date available at 954.741.2345. If available, we require 1/3 of your
package price as
a retainer fee and a signed wedding agreement.
I’m so disappointed because you are booked for
my date.
Now what should I do?
We are part of an exclusive network of the most talented and
recognized Videographers in the country.
Each of them
consistently travel throughout the world and we would recommend
each one of them.
If you are interested in contacting any of them, please call
us.
